Key Lime Pie

The recipe for our Key Lime Pie that we sold at local farmer’s markets and in small retail shops for years is the same recipe as the one on the back of the bottle of Nellie and Joe’s Key West Lime Juice that you can find in the juice section at your local Kroger. (See the recipe below.) It’s so easy! And delicious served as a dessert with one of our made from scratch entrees found in your Kroger freezer.


  • 9 in. graham cracker pie crust
  • 14 oz. can of sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1/2 cup Nellie & Joe’s key West Lime Juice
  • Cool Whip

Combine milk, egg yolks and lime juice. Blend until smooth. Pour filling into pie crust and bake at 350º for 15 minutes. Allow to stand 10 minutes before refrigerating. Just before serving, top with freshly whipped cream, or meringue, and garnish with lime slices.
