Apple Cranberry & Walnut Salad

  • 4 cups Spring salad greens
  • 1 Granny Smith or Red Delicious Apple, sliced or cubed
  • 2-3 T dried cranberries
  • 2-3 T Walnuts, toasted and chopped*
  • Brianna Blush Wine Vinaigrette Dressing

Toss above ingredients together and serve immediately.  Tip:  A quick easy method for toasting walnuts is to microwave them, stirring every minute.  You will know they are ready when they give off a rich nutty aroma in about 5-8 minutes.
