Seafood Gumbo
An authentic Cajun specialty with a rich, dark roux loaded with shrimp, crab, Louisiana Trinity*, and seasonings. Serve over rice

Shrimp and Crab Bisque
A creamy soup made with a touch of white wine and filled with shrimp, crab, corn, and Louisiana Trinity. Serve as a soup or a sauce over Angel Hair pasta.

Crawfish Etouffee

A Louisiana favorite loaded with crawfish tails and Trinity in a unique buttery red sauce.

 Desserts (Serve 6-8)

Caramel Cake
Another “Signature” dish made with a super moist cream cheese pound cake and accompanied with our famous creamy caramel icing.

Milky Way Cake

Milky Way bars are melted and baked into this light chocolate cake and topped with a fudge and walnut icing. Great served warm with vanilla ice cream.
 
Fresh Apple Rum Cake
A great fall dessert full of fresh Granny Smith apples, dates, and walnuts with a splash of rum for flavor.
 
Strawberry Cake
A homemade buttermilk cake made with strawberries and pecans with a strawberry cream cheese icing.

Key Lime Pie Squared
We import our key Lime Juice from Key West and make our own graham cracker crust for this new twist on Key Lime Pie served in squares

 Appetizers (Serve 8-10)

Pimento Cheese Pecan Spread
Mildly spiced pimento and sharp cheddar cheese garnished with pecans and parsley. Serve on a sandwich or as a cracker spread.

Spinach Carolina
This creamed spinach delight blended w/ cottage cheese, sharp cheddar, eggs, and spices then topped with our Parmesan bread crumbs is great served as a dip!

Cajun Crab Dip
This elegant appetizer can be served hot or cold and is full of white lump crab, sharp cheeses, fresh garlic and seasoned to perfection.

 

*Louisiana Trinity- onions, bell pepper, and celery- is commonly used in Cajun and Creole cooking.
